My professional journey in Facilities Management (FM) has been driven by one purpose, to understand how FM creates real value for people and organisations.​ I now lead through VBFMOnline.com, a dedicated learning platform designed to help FM practitioners build competence, confidence, and credibility through Value-Based FM.

Through years of leading, teaching, and guiding FM teams, I have seen how hard FM practitioners work and how much more recognition the profession deserves. FM is often seen as a cost centre, but I have learned that when practiced with the right mindset, it becomes a strategic business advantage.​That belief led me to develop Value-Based Facilities Management (VBFM™), a framework that helps FM practitioners and organisations identify, sustain, and contribute value. VBFM provides the clarity, structure, and confidence FM professionals need to demonstrate their impact on business success.​

Today, my mission is simple: to uplift FM practitioners and strengthen the credibility of the FM profession. Through my books, training, facilitation, and coaching, I help professionals build confidence, communicate their value, and grow in their careers.​
